Look for an original, without any dents, 45.xx inches.  43.xx" was for Challengers. Everything else was longer.

I've always had longer ones shortened, welded , then balanced but ALWAYS seem to have a tailshaft vibration issue.

If you look inside a factory driveshaft, on the front end, there is rubber sleeve inside with another tube inside of that, that acts like an internal balancer. Drive shaft companies don't do this or know how to balance one like this. They report that it "balances funny"

Chrysler knew what they were doing with their stock driveshafts, so look for and unmodified, unwelded, unchanged balance cuda driveshaft.

Went out today to buy originals shafts from a guy with parts on Craigslist. The J one had 3 round welded washers on it and his Cuda one had a sloppy rewelded on tail section. I passed.
