Dan,

I'll commit to everything you need on the "ignition/electrical " list.

Just let me know the total, and where to send the Paypal payment.

I have a speedo cable. Are standard and rallye dash the same cable?   I`ll have to check condition...
I also have an almost brandnew alu 440 source water pump. Personally I don`t like the design, but if it works for this application , it`s yours.

Looks good BIGS.
Dutch, the speedo will work regardless. Only difference might be the speedo gear itself, but no biggie.
MEK, awesome.
BIGS, Jiminick, Brad- what do you recommend for a dizzy?

I have a dozen 440 dists & 3-4 mini starters  in my container but cannot get them as well as a lot of the other parts needed  :bricks1:  :banghead:
Do you have a mini starter in your wrecking yard Bigs ?
I would use the Mopar dist  :2cents:

I just went diggin' in the garage and came up with an old mini starter and if works . . . Certainly use it for the build!  Will need cleaned up a bit to make it look nice!  Wouldn't want to mount this on that pretty engine the way it sits now.    :grinno:

I sent out an accelorator cable out in the mail today.
Hope it works out for Andy's car.

I agree with Chryco on the MP dizzy.

Due to the header configuration I recommend going with a new starter. I can send a starter, but in this case I don't feel its a good idea. Get a Hi-torque mini from MOPARDAVE

Dan, I will get the Milodon out the door in the next day or two. Where do you want it sent?

Dan, do we need a fuel pump? The one on the table at Andy's was for a small block. Or maybe this has already been addressed  :dunno:

$5 will get new contacts that will install in minutes in a mini starter , that is the only part I have seen fail on these .
I sent a request to TTI for help , I have bought a lot of systems form them over the years , we will see what happens .
I was thinking about contacting Rock Auto also , they are on our site & might donate some parts & do a story in their monthly newsletter ,
Would Jegs donate something , they are most Mopar oriented .
If you have a mini starter Bigs I would cover the cost !
I sent an email to Rock Auto also .

Neil I understand where your coming from on this so please don't take offense. Dougs skill level (I'd guess he'd be the one working on it??)  if it would go out would require dropping the header and working around the steering shaft/torsion bar. For me or you maybe a little pita but no big deal, for him that could be a different issue. JMHO  :dunno:

I have some cuda exhaust tips  . . . And a pair of flowmasters that are used but still in good condition! Guess it depends what size exhaust going with . . .

Also are we using an external oil pump?   :dunno:

The engine has no oil pump installed ( all bb Mopars are external) also I assume no dizzy gear either? :dunno:
You will also need a dizzy hold down clamp and bolt.  I just went with a rebuilt dizzy from my local jobber but Neil will know best.
Also a pipe nipple for the water pump to heater hose.  I think the one hole was tapped out to 1/2 NPT if I remember right? ( that where I mounted my aftermarket temperature gauge)
No brackets for the power steering pump either or altenator? I have no idea how many parts are missing from that serpentine belt kit but some are missing like pulleys!  Bolts for the water pump but I have no idea how that serpentine belt kit bolts up?
With the rad I never looked at it but does it have the brackets to mount up as stock? Also will stock hoses work with it? :dunno:
Check the diff to for  proper end play when your doing the brakes. ( Remember to check for fluid too)

Neil what are the part #'s or application for flex lines if the front brake calipers are mounted in front?  Someone said 72 have them mounted in front so that's where I mounted them? ( not a big deal to swap around especially if your changing the upper ball joints anyhow?)

Neil I tested it, the motor works fine but the solenoid is seized? Starter looks pretty crusty and like Bigs said it is a big job for Doug to change it if it screws up. Not worth messing with old junk IMO?
Dan the car might need carb mounting studs too? I never noticed any?
