It would depend what calipers are used , 70 pin style the hose threads right into the caliper , 72 slider type use a different hose , Rock Auto should list both by year . All  years were front mount as I recall .
From my experience the mini starter will fit through the header if they are TTI headers , not sure if they are Dougs though
you could just plug the heater hose ports  but the fittings are not hard to find & hose is cheap 1/2 pipe by 3" should work , even a hardware store pipe nipple could be used .
With the Serp system are going to run A/C on the car again in the future , if so you need a compressor minimum to route the single belt , it would be simpler to just use V belts short term I think .
Use Only a Melling oil pump high pressure std volume , Jegs should have them ,
Carb will mount with 5/16 bolts studs are preferred into alum though .
Any of the car magazines might be able to pull some parts in return for the story maybe ! Any one else we can think of that might sponsor some parts ? :1zhelp:

Spare tire hold down bracket and bolt - would this be the same as a 74 cuda?  If so I may have one.

Steering column retaining clip - what are you looking for here...I have a couple of columns and willing to give what ever is needed off of them.

Wish I could do more to help, but my parts stash is too small to be called a parts stash.

It may not be identical but I am sure it would work

I may be wrong but I am thinking the wide mount bracket that bolts to the column with 4 bolts & goes over the 2 studs to hold the column up , these use special washers approx. 3/4" across with a knurled edge inside & out .

Wish I could do more to help, but my parts stash is too small to be called a parts stash.

We have the 3 bolts that mount the pplate to the floor, and the bracket that mounts to that, but is there a retention clip on this thing?
reference pic or manual pic would help-That way I can site what I am referring to.

Yep, didn't see one on his car, and as a matter of fact, I don't have one on mine either, lol

BAH!!! He's missing the large rubber O-ring seal too. Damn, I knew something else was awry.

If your referring to the big o ring type seal that goes between the plates on the firewall, I did see one in Andy's stash !

this is from my 74 FSM...does it help.

BTW my 74 does not have the clip either...the plastic retainer has integral clips.
