Reset Knobs
« on: July 27, 2002 - 11:39:32 PM »
Does anyone have an old reset knob for the clock and speedo?  My brother  works with stainless steel fasteners and is wanting to see if he could fabricate these knobs (since they are so hard to find).  I'd give him mine, but they weren't there when we bought the car!!  If he is able to make them, I'm sure he will send you a new one free.

I`m not even sure that all Ralley dashes are the same , the dashes were totally different between the 70 & 71-74

I have some from a ralley cluster I bought to put in my Cuda, I think it is the 71 - 74 and it is a winter project so I would want it back and maybe just a new one when you get them fabricated. I think the 70 Ralley's had remote reset knobs.

Pics of the 70?

Man, I thought this would be easy!  Chryco, I think you're right that the 70's might be different from the 71- 74's (at least it looks that way from the pictures).

Sixpackcuda, I would love to take you up on your offer.  We should definately be able to get your knobs back to you by the end of September.  I'll send you an email with my address.  Thanks a bunch!!

If anyone has one from a 70 we can use as a template, please let me know.  Thanks!!
