If you want originality or at least the appearance of it, keep the resonators.  Anything added to an exhaust system will affect back pressure, plus or minus, depending on what you are adding or subtracting.  If you are not looking at originality, then keep them or remove them.  The difference will be negligible.  What's important, is what makes you happy?

Thanks guys.

I think I'll keep them on and add 2.5" tips and the Accurate 2.5" flow thru mufflers.

I am just installing my HP Manifolds...and I have the OEM Resonators and the mufflers laying ( ready to bolt on )  but I would like to know, if the muffflers alone (  with out  the Resonators ) make the the car very loud....or is the Sound decent ?

Initially, I planned on running resonators into Magnaflow round mufflers.
I changed my mind and went just mufflers. It sounds good and isn't really overly loud.

Mounting them where the originals were I feel really helps keep any droning out ofthe cabin.

Here's what my set up looks like
