Tip (for your next resto): When sectioning in a section of floor like that you should try and keep the seems over top of the frame rails. If you had of gone an extra couple of inches over, those weld seems would have been hidden in the frame :2cents:

Thanks for for the tips Alan. I took the front end apart 15 years ago and didn't have my pictures with me when I was putting everything back together I couldn't remember which way the spindles went. I have never had a disc brake car. I had a 50/50 chance and I picked the wrong way. Oh well it won't take much to to correct.  I see what you mean about the seems I will pass that on to the guy doing the metal work. I don't think I have any more restorations left in me this one has been going on for 21 years and its not done yet.

Larry next time I'm over at the shop I will ask Keith where he got the engine and trans dolly
